The commercial microwave oven will be equipped with 10 touchpad programmable control panel with the ability to program 100 menu items. An oven will have a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 5 power levels, 3 stage cooking and a time entry option. Output wattage shall be 2100 watts with top and bottom rotating antenna feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern. An oven will have stainless steel exterior and an interior cavity with the 34 liters (1.2 cu ft) cavity able to accommodate a 356mm (14”) plate. Ovens will be stackable and include a safety bracket. Removable front filter to protect and cool oven components. This ISM apparatus meets all requirements of the Canadian Interference-Causing Equipment Regulations. This ISM device complies with Canadian ICES-001.
