I want to reassure you that Celco is committed to its responsibility as part of the country’s food supply chain. Even though restaurants are only offering meals through take-out and delivery, they will have the product and service needs in the foreseeable future, and we will respond to these, with care, as the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and our communities across the country remains our top priority.
As supply chains around the world are impacted and work schedules substantially modified, our response and delivery times are likely to be affected. We are also dealing with high priority needs from health-care institutions because of the demands being placed on them to feed many more people than usual. We will do our very best to meet your and your customers’ needs while following the guidelines laid out by the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control.
Celco has implemented a programme of rotating teams within reduced office hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) with the majority of staff working remotely at any given time. We are all remaining diligent at our jobs beyond our location’s opening hours and have enhanced our communications technology to remain in close virtual contact with you, our suppliers and our employees.
